Conical rounding machine is used for rounding portions of dough as it prepares them for subsequent working process. The recomposition of the fibers encourages uniform relaxation, thus improving the working ability. The cone is in Teflon coated cast iron. The curve of the channels and its distances are studied in order to obtain the ideal spherical shape according to the weight of the dough portions. The belt transmission of the rotating movement guarantees maximum reliability and silent operation. All the models are equipped with a mechanically operated flour shitter and are installed on wheels.
