Conical rounding machine is used for rounding dough portions, by preparing them for the subsequent working process. Because fibers’ composition encourages uniform relaxation, working ability is constantly improved. The cone is in Teflon coated cast iron. The curve of the channels and its distances are structured in order to obtain the ideal spherical shape according to the dough portions’ weight. The rotating belt guarantees maximum reliability and constant operation. All the models, installed on wheels, are equipped with a mechanically-operated flour shitter.
