The lamination of the dough is with a couple of independent regulation cylinders, coated in non-stick material, chromium-plated to thickness and equipped with scraper.

Exagonal, square e rounder dividers with regulating and weight control device based on dough quantity and consistency. They handle the dough gently to work delicate mixtures too without prejudicing leavening. Homogeneous sheeting and slice precision give operators extremely regular size and weight portions.
The shape of the pieces is strictly identical. The machine is hydraulically controlled, fast and silent. They are noiseless, of solid construction and easy to clean.

03 Diva
Hexagonal hydraulic divider from 19 to 37 pieces. Ideal for dividing dough for blown or rolled bread.

05 Diva q
Square hydraulic divider available in versions for 10, 20, 24, 30, 42, 80 and 120 pieces. Ideal for diving dough and specifically indicated for baguettes, loaves and ciabattas.

07 Diva R
Rounder divider from 15 to 52 pieces. This machine is ideal for dividing and rounding the dough and particularly suitable for processing bakery, pizza and pastry products.
